THE PROBLEM: The occurrence of biofilm on the mixer leads to accumulation of sugar additives and can lead to blockage of the mixer, which occurs several times a year.

The mixer had to be cleaned due to production problems and required intensive high-pressure cleaning work of more than 30 minutes to be completely cleaned. A clear blue colour of iron was present on the surface.
MIXER 3: WITHOUT SONIC The mixer was in a “reasonably acceptable” condition and caused no problems for production. However, some unevenness could already be observed on the sides of the unit.

MIXER 4: WITH SONIC RESULTS WITH ULTRASONIC: After 3 months since the installation of ultrasonic on mixer 4, a clear difference can be observed in the degree of cleanliness compared to the other mixers.
